is under my supervision with the following standards & qualifications:

1. All food items served and sold in this establishment are considered BISHUL ISRAEL
2. All herbs, leafy greens are meticulously washed & checked by the Mashgiach
3. All raw & processed food ingredients are checked consistently by the Mashgiach
4. All items are assumed to be NOT “PAT ISRAEL”, unless marked as “PAT ISRAEL”
   1. “PAT ISRAEL” LAFFA is available upon request
5. All meat, lamb & chicken are strictly “MEHADRIN / GLATT KOSHER” (NOT LUBAVITCH)
6. DUE TO THE LACK OF SHOMREI MITZVOT JEWS IN OUR AREA — THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO SECURE MASHGIACH TEMIDI FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER KOSHER ESTABLISHMENT
7. THEREFORE THE HANDLING OF MEAT & CHICKEN IS DONE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER:
   1. All meat and chicken deliveries are accepted, checked & sealed ONLY by the Mashgiach
   2. All containers that have raw chicken, lamb or meat could ONLY be accessed in the presence of the Mashgiach
8. Only Falafel is in the category of “PAREVE”, all the other cooked / deep fried foods should be considered “FLEISHIG” / “BASARI”
9. All the Mashgichim are Shomrei Shabbat & Mitzvot
10. The establishment is closed every Shabbat & all Yomim Tovim
