Cancellation / Refund Policy

Our customers’ satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and to provide the best satisfaction, we offer the following solutions.

For any questions or issues regarding an existing order, please call the restaurant for an immediate response. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Please know that we will not be able to accept cancellation once your order has been confirmed.


Order Refunds

If you receive food that is different from your receipt or your missing items from your order, please call directly to the restaurant as soon as you notice that there has been a mistake with your order.
We will refund you the amount of the missing/incorrect items.
* For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error.
* For cash payment, you will have the option to receive the refund in cash or credit. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days to see view the refund charges in your account.

Food Order Errors – when orders placed with a third party delivery company

Please call your third-party delivery service as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order.
You are welcome to let us know about any mistakes done with your third party delivery provider so we can address the issues with them. However, any refunds or cancellations should be done directly through your third-party provider delivery service.

Please note: we do provide disposable silverware. when requested for free. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item you are welcome to let us know so we may address the issue with our staff, however, we cannot provide discounts, refunds or store credit.


Order Cancellation

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.


Delivery / Pick Up Info

Pick Up: Customers can pick up their orders directly through our restaurant. Additionally, customers can choose our ‘Van Delivery’ option to place food orders and pick-up in their desired location. Locations are pre-set, and based on the van route wich changes daily and updated on our website.

Delivery: We provide delivery through the following third party delivery companies, GrubHub, Doordash, and Postmates.
